Sabine Havenstein

Sabine has been working as an executive coach, trainer and facilitator with a special focus on international leadership since 2005. This incorporates change management, performance management, leadership development, team development and intercultural awareness and communication.

With 15 years solid international management and project experience in the areas of HR, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, Quality Management, Sabine brings a wide range of international experience to her worldwide clients. Her previous positions include Director of HR and Senior Manager Global Training Services where she worked with clients and staff on several continents. In her capacity as executive coach, trainer and facilitator, she has been involved in a variety of industries ranging from aggregates, chemical, electronics, automotive industry and automotive suppliers, insurance companies, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, manufacturing right through to the entertainment world, government organizations and the United Nations.

For the last 10 years, Sabine has been coaching United Nations’ managers across the globe. Sabine is also a Coach Trainer at the prestigious Munich Academy for Business Coaching, widely considered to be the leading organization for executive coach training in Germany. Sabine is an Associate Coach for the Center of Creative Leadership, as well as an Assessor at the German Association for Coaching and Training.

• M.A. in American Studies, English Literature and Romance Languages from the University of Tübingen, Germany, Southern Oregon State College, Oregon, USA, and the University of Seville, Spain.
• Whilst studying in the USA she also took courses in applied Psychology and Theatre Arts.
• Sabine is a certified executive Business Coach and Team Management Systems Coach and Trainer.
• She is certified in two 360 tools and a number of psychometric instruments, including Work Place Big Five, Firo B, Human Patterns, Executive Dimensions , Skillscope, Global 6, Leadership Gap Indicator and Human Patterns.

A native of Germany, Sabine lived and worked in several countries for over a decade. Her working languages are German, English and Spanish and she has conversational Portuguese, Italian and French.

Sabine’s global experience, her passion for coaching and leadership development in an international setting makes her a valued member of the Exetor team.
