Edgar Gutiérrez D.

Edgar brings to Exetor multi-cultural/multi-industry experience and knowledge across a range of disciplines, including strategy development, change management, process simplification and sales effectiveness. He has served clients in the public and mainly in the private sector in L.A. countries. He has over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing Management Consulting and Training Programs, 3 years of which were based in England as part of the Unilever senior consulting team.

He has over 20 years of experience in strategic positions working for large multinational corporations in L.A. countries and in England - Exxon-Mobil (Oil & Gas and Chemicals), Unilever Andina, Unilever UK, Monsanto and Carvajal SA, among others. Prior to joining Exetor, through his own firm DRIVE Consulting, has worked with clients and their leadership teams in different industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, telecom, petrochemicals, consumer goods, insurance, technology, pharmaceuticals and energy. Some clients include Shell, B.P., BASF, DuPont, PROPILCO, Claro-Telecom, Tetra-Pak, Corona-Home Center, Unilever, SABMiller, AON, RSA, HP, Intel, Roche and Siemens. He has also done pro bono work for government organizations in Colombia.

He lives in Bogotá, Colombia, married, one teenager son, active is sports and movies. Fluent in Spanish and English.
